The morning program of Sunrise Yoga Tour can be enjoyed from Sarankot – the hill nearby Pokhara known for spectacular mountain and sunrise vistas as well as from Shanti Stupa – hilltop location with Peace Pagoda offering great views over the whole city, bird’s eye views over the lake and mountain panorama.

Full day tours include Australian Camp with Dhampus Vilage where you get to enjoy a very early start as we hike to Australian Camp in darkness to witness the sunrise over the mountains and follow onto Dhampus, a traditional Gurung village where you get a glimpse of local life.

Begnas & Rupa Lake Panorama Tour takes us off the beaten path through a very rural trail with hardly any tourists, to the top of Sundari Danda hill, where you can see a stunning vista – panorama of Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake divided by a mountain ridge, it’s an unforgettable view with the backdrop of green rolling hills and high mountains of Annapurna, Lamjung and Manaslu.

Sarankot Sunrise Yoga Tour

Sarankot is the highest peak of Pokhara Valley and our morning program combines a visit to this famous vantage point with viewing of the sunrise against the backdrop of breath taking mountain panorama, coupled with a short hike and a morning yoga and meditation session in this natural setting, which makes for a perfect start to the day. From here you also get a chance to add some optional adventure activity with a 30min paragliding flight that takes you soaring through the air with hawks and eagles until you land safely back in Lakeside. Everyone else who is not looking this type of thrill will be dropped back to their hotel by road transport. This active tour is perfect for anyone who wants to spend an eventful morning hiking, admiring stunning vistas, doing outdoor yoga and meditation in front of the mountains and witnessing local life from a different perspective.

Shanti Stupa Sunrise Yoga Tour

Sunrise Yoga Tour to Shanti Stupa is a morning yoga program combining a visit to the Peace Pagoda with yoga and meditation, hiking, boating and watching the sunrise on the background of the panorama over Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges as well as bird’s eye view over Pokhara and Fewa Lake. This program is carefully designed to combine sightseeing with yoga and mindfulness and to uplift us on every level – physically, mentally and spiritually as we experience nature’s brilliant spectacle.

Begnas & Rupa Lake View Yoga Tour

This yoga day hike tour takes us off the beaten path through a very rural trail with hardly any tourists, to the top of Sundari Danda hill, where we can see a stunning vista – panorama of Begnas Lake and Rupa Lake divided by a mountain ridge, it’s an unforgettable view with the backdrop of green rolling hills and high mountains of Annapurna, Lamjung and Manaslu.

We get a chance to witness the beauty of this lesser known and pristine lake as we boat across to the base of Sundari Danda from where we begin our hike on a local trail though the forest and small local settlements all the way to the top. The hike gives us a work out with some steep inclines but the views from the top are completely worth it. We take a nice long rest at the top to really appreciate the surroundings and then descend back down to Begnas Lake, cross the lake by boat once more and enjoy some free time by the lake shore before we return to Pokhara.

Australian Camp & Dhampus Yoga Tour

One day yoga hike to Australian Camp offers a great panorama of the whole Annapurna mountain range combined with refreshing outdoor yoga and a glimpse of local culture in the traditional village of Dhampus. We get a different vantage point onto the mountains from here and from this angle we can clearly see where the “Fish Tail” mountain gets its name from.

The starting point of this day hike is Khade which we reach by private transport. A gentle climb from Kande through the villages and forests will take you to Australian Camp where you will have great mountain views of the Annapurna Range. This is where we have our outdoor yoga and meditation with spectacular views all around us. After breakfast we continue on from Australian Camp to Dhampus, a picturesque traditional Gurung village where we get to witness a sample of local life. Leaving Dhampus we descend to Phedi from where we get transport back to Pokhara. This yoga day hike has it all – nature, mountains, local culture and mindfulness brought forth through yoga and meditation in a beautiful natural setting.
